After an early morning pickup at your hotel or at the Fisherman’s Wharf, you will travel across the San Joaquin Valley and then make a stop for breakfast. The bus tour takes you through the foothills of the Sierras exposing you to beautiful scenery all along the way. Once the bus makes it into the Yosemite National Park, it becomes a narrated tour.
Once the narrated bus tour through the Park is complete, usually taking about an hour, you can explore the park on your own. There are shuttles available to take you to the most famous sights available in the Park. You’ll have about 3 hours to yourself so it’s plenty of time to see what you want while you are there.
On the bus ride back to San Francisco, you will once again stop to eat before loading on the bus for the final ride. You will make it back to your original pickup point around 10 pm.
