California Theme Parks, Water Parks and Zoos
|
| Walt Disney Started the theme park revolution at Disneyland in a small town called Anaheim orange grove and changed our notions forever of entertainment and vacations, not to mention the amusement industry. That sleepy orange grove is now a bustling urban center but Disney managed to carve out a few acres and transform its single park into a destination resort in 2000. While Disneyland remains the center of California's theme parks, there are a number of other noteworthy theme parks, water parks and zoos throughout the state. |
