Santa Ana Zoo

The Santa Ana Zoo in California stays open every day except Christmas and New Year’s Day so that no matter when you want to come, you can. It’s the zoo of 50 monkeys. How many other zoos can say that? Located in Prentice Park, the Santa Ana Zoo is a wonderful place to spend the day with the family.



 

Santa Ana Zoo

The Santa Ana Zoo is located at Prentice Park right off the freeway 5 at First Street. The address is 1801 East Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, California 92701. The zoo occupies the whole area between Elk Lane, Chestnut Ave, First Street and Freeway 5.

If you are coming from the north, take the First/Fourth Street exit and go over the freeway in the left lane continuing to go straight for a block and a half. This runs right into Chestnut Avenue and you will see the zoo parking area on the left at the corner.

If you are coming from the south, you take the Fourth Street exit and go straight for 2 and a half blocks until you see the zoo parking area on the left at the corner.

You can also come to the Santa Ana Zoo on a public bus.

The Santa Ana Zoo has many different attractions that will interest people of all ages.
