Viognier Restaurant (pronounced vee-oh-NYAY) is named for the grape varietal originating from the Northern Rhône region of France.
Viognier’s relaxing dining room features plush booths, a cozy fireplace, and a blazing wood-fired brick oven. We are open for dinner nightly.
Executive Chef Preston Dishman blends classic French techniques with California’s bounty of fresh food. He believes it is part of the ethical duty of a chef to support local farmers and uses seasonal, local, organic and sustainable products whenever possible.
Our menu is complemented by a world-class wine selection. Our selection of over 1700 bottles encompassing California, domestic and European wines has been honored with the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence from 2002 to 2009.
