The Watts Towers
Structural steel and mortar? How exciting can that be? If this is what you are thinking, you are wrong. He also used broken glass, sea shells, pottery and tile to make them beautiful. The sheer height of these structures alone is worth seeing especially knowing that one man made them with his bare hands and a window-washer’s belt and buckle.
